Sean Taylor

Sean Taylor is a Veteran of the United States Navy. During his time of service, he deployed to Iraq as a Hospital Corpsmen to the Marines. He was awarded the Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal (NAM) for his life saving medical interventions in a combat zone. After receiving his Honorable Discharge from the military, he went on to become a Licensed Practical Nurse. As a nurse he worked with the geriatric population in Skilled Rehab Facilities (SNFs) and Long Term Care. Shortly after, he worked his way up the company to the corporate level as an Area Director of Business Development. The medical field has been his whole life. He has gained a lot of knowledge such as senior living, health insurance, military benefits and more.

Susan Bowab

Susan has 30+ years of experience in healthcare. Her passion to help others has given her opportunities to work in medical offices, specialty pharmacy, home health and hospice. Her knowledge in the medical field and personal experiences have provided her with the compassion to help seniors find the care they need.

Kristin Allen

Kristin Allen brings real estate expertise, compassion, and a resource-driven approach to helping seniors and their families navigate life’s transitions. As a licensed REALTOR® with Creed Realty and owner of Driven2 Solutions, she specializes in senior downsizing, inherited and probate properties, and helping families make informed decisions about their next chapter.

Kristin understands that these transitions are about much more than a house. They often involve difficult decisions, family dynamics, financial considerations, and an overwhelming number of details. Her approach is centered on making the process easier, providing trusted resources, and helping families move forward with confidence.

Through her real estate experience, Kristin helps families explore their options for a property—including selling traditionally, selling as-is, or determining how the home can help fund the next stage of care.
